If you're looking for something special, not another cookie-cutter apartment in a depressing building, come visit us at Grace Terrace. The eight apartments in our building definitely deserve the word unique. They are the most exclusive, architecturally attractive apartments, in the most beautiful setting, you'll find in the Southern California area. And we're located in a quiet residential hilltop neighborhood in the prestigious southwest section of the city of Pasadena, just a 10 minute drive to downtown Los Angeles.
Grace Terrace Apartments was once a mansion, built in 1891, and converted to eight extraordinarily large one-bedroom apartments in the 1920's. different from the others, but all offer hardwood floors, high ceilings,
fireplaces, crown moulding, entertainment-size balconies, patios, or verandahs,

ceilings, stained glass windows, coffered ceilings, embossed decorative
plaster work, doors with leaded glass windows, and floor-to-ceiling carved
